Our Company Culture

We\'re a fully remote ecommerce company spanning four continents. Our 12-person core team connects daily through Slack and weekly on Google Meet, navigating four time zones. Everyone on the team has clear objectives and a lot of autonomy in how they achieve them. But being a small company means we\'re never siloed. When someone needs help, whether it\'s troubleshooting a tech issue or brainstorming a marketing angle, the team shows up. We\'re ambitious about becoming the go-to brand in our niche, and that means experimentation is part of the job. New ideas won\'t always work, and that\'s expected. What matters is what we learn and how we improve next time. We focus on progress over perfection. We also know that remote work requires intentional connection. Our weekly watercooler meetings are for catching up beyond work tasks, we run online team buildings and training sessions, and our gratitude Slack channel is where people share the small daily wins (a great dinner recipe, a sunny afternoon walk, a good book, a customer\'s heartfelt email). These moments keep us connected, even when we\'re thousands of miles apart. And humor helps too, when you can laugh together, even over video call, you can tackle anything. Our Stack
