Advocate for user-centered design approaches with clients unfamiliar with UCD
Conduct ethical research practices, focusing on accessibility and digital inclusion
Transform services through evidence-led solutions tailored for diverse user groups
Qualifications
Demonstrable experience as a Senior User Researcher
Proven experience working with multidisciplinary project teams
Experience in Government Digital Service (GDS) or public sector projects
Ability to provide documentation of right to work and travel within the UK
Willingness to undergo satisfactory vetting, references, and health checks
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with participatory co-design methodologies
Familiarity with ethical research practices specifically in digital inclusion
Knowledge of accessibility standards and guidelines in user research
