Landscape Architecture Designer . This is a GREAT opportunity for an entry-level professional in landscape architecture and design who is passionate about bringing design from concept to reality. We are open to a recent landscape architecture graduate or a landscape design professional with 3-5 years’ experience who is passionate about this space with a solid proficiency level in AutoCAD. The ideal candidate will join in a production role supporting our team in a positive and collaborative fashion. This individual should see no task or project as too small and should be committed to constant adaptability and growth, with a high focus on detail and quality. This role could quickly turn into a design level position based on the ability to deliver high-quality results for our client. This opportunity is suited for an entry-level professional to focus on a specific client program for major brand clients in the retail space. The ideal candidate will assist the team with start-to-finish project work, supporting landscape and hardscape designs, code research, and will exercise high proficiency in AutoCAD. This individual will be a dynamic and flexible contributor to the team with the ability to support several projects in various design stages. The role supports mid-to-senior level team members with management of multiple projects, requiring adaptability, cross-collaboration, and effective communication. We seek an active listener who takes ownership of their work and contributes to the team’s success for our clients. Candidates with experience in landscape and hardscape construction documents for design projects will be highly attractive. Applicants are encouraged to share samples of relevant CAD work and/or construction plans and details. Additional responsibilities could include assisting with field inspections as a Landscape Architecture Designer at CPH. A valid driver’s license is required. Position Summary: The

Landscape Architecture Designer

works with the Landscape Architect and CAD design team to develop landscape and hardscape deliverables and designs. This role assists senior staff in quality control of final deliverables and ensures projects comply with CPH standards for quality, sustainability, and aesthetics. The Designer supports departmental design and management of project deliverables as a proactive team member. Projects may include parks, gardens, commercial properties, and urban spaces, and involve collaboration with project managers, architects, engineers, and other teams to create functional and aesthetically pleasing outdoor environments that enhance quality of life and sustainability. Duties & Responsibilities:

Serve as an entry-level designer or 3-5 years’ experience in landscape design support across design, coordination, and permitting of projects. Assist with preparation of presentations, designs, details, and construction documents in CAD, including code-compliant planting and hardscape plans. Collaborate with team members and participate in mentorship with a positive attitude to deliver for clients and interface with vendors. Assist in project work with firm landscape architects, architects, project managers, and business development teams to enhance project delivery. Assist with research and implementation of relevant codes and client requirements to ensure compliance. Develop and utilize CAD standards and templates to streamline design processes. Prepare specifications, review shop drawings, and provide construction administration support. Travel periodically for site investigations and construction observation, including preparing or reviewing reports and exhibits. Perform quality control by reviewing documents prepared by others. Perform other duties as assigned. Position Requirements:

Experience in preparing landscape and hardscape plans is a plus. Knowledgeable in irrigation systems design. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with Deltek VantagePoint and Smartsheet or similar platforms. Strong organizational skills. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Photoshop, SketchUp and rendering software is highly desired. Ability to exercise critical thinking and good independent judgment. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with a team. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects while meeting schedules and budgets. Flexibility in work schedule to accommodate project deadlines. Detail oriented, quality conscious, reliable and self-motivated. Education and Experience:

Recent college graduate from relevant architectural studies with landscape focus and/or internship experience, or related work experience. Relevant work experience or a bachelor’s in landscape architecture; preferred but not required. Florida landscape architectural design experience is a plus. Experience preparing project punch lists is a plus. Experience in Public Park, FDOT/LAP and National Commercial Programs is a plus. Work Environment:

This position is in a professional office environment. The person in this role will routinely use standard office equipment such as computers, phones, printers, copiers, and filing cabinets. Physical Requirements:
