Responsibilities

Create programs designed to foster external relationships with the hospital or healthcare facility.

Identify and help to develop and cultivate strategic relationships with community partners and facilities. Collaborate with leaders across the organization to drive new business.

Work with service line and hospital leadership to implement initiatives for pipeline development including gathering and providing information on the organization's services, specialists, primary care physicians and partner facilities.

Initiate and maintain contact with key partners identified through a data-driven targeting process and work to enhance the overall experience within the organization.

Conduct meetings to uncover and identify needs and offer solutions including educational opportunities, practice services and patient-based services to improve utilization and satisfaction.

Develop target growth plans and maintain diligence on tracking, goals and obstacles communicated from partners and facilities to advance organizational growth targets.

Requirements

Education: High School diploma equivalency with 3 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree with 2 years of cumulative experience OR 7 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.

3 years of leadership or management experience preferred.
