
Overview
The Restaurant Marketing Manager supports the development, coordination, and execution of marketing initiatives across Hard Rock Cafe locations worldwide. This role collaborates with international and regional teams including Culinary, Operations, Training, Retail, and Brand to ensure consistent, high-quality execution of menu and product management, promotions, and activation support for both the retail and cafe locations. The role creates marketing tools, programs, and assets that empower local restaurants, sales, and marketing teams to execute traffic-driving initiatives. Success comes from delivering clear, on-brand materials in a timely manner to support operators in growing guest visits and revenue. Strong collaboration and communication are essential as this role works with a wide range of partners and must balance multiple perspectives to move projects forward. This cross-functional role drives seamless execution across Retail and Hard Rock Cafe Food & Beverage (F&B) initiatives.

Responsibilities
Restaurant & Menu Marketing Support: Support creative development for Hard Rock Cafes, franchise cafes, and specialty cafe concepts across international markets.
Assist with annual calendar planning, including agency briefs, timelines, creative direction, limited-time offers (LTOs), and promotional activations.
Conduct competitive research on global and regional restaurant trends, pricing, and menu innovation.
Maintain the global marketing calendar and project timelines to ensure timely execution across all markets.
Build activation decks, toolkits, and support materials for LTOs, brand campaigns, and new menu launches that local teams can deploy.
Partner with Culinary and Operations teams on recipe cards, menu descriptions, tastings, pricing inputs, and product setup.
Coordinate with IT to update POS keys, discounts, and pricing for menu changes and LTOs.
Work with brand partners to ensure accurate brand representation across creative assets, packaging, and co-branded items.
Marketing Operations & Daily Support
Support international and regional teams through presentations, reporting, and cross-functional communication.
Collect and consolidate cafe-level information related to pricing, sales initiatives, marketing collateral, and operational updates.
Review creative materials and provide thoughtful, constructive feedback to internal partners and executive approvers.
Serve as the Cafe Division’s digital asset management administrator, organizing and distributing marketing assets globally.
Track project timelines and budgets to ensure alignment with marketing and operational goals.
Manage international menu updates, including core menus, specialty menus, translations, and compliance checks.
Partner with Training to support rollout of new menus, SOPs, and recipes across global markets.
Support execution of marketing communications across advertising, branding, product launches, and promotions.
Maintain digital menu boards, QR codes, and all F&B content across digital platforms.
Create recaps and best-practice documentation for major marketing initiatives and AOP deliverables.
Support the full menu production process, including pricing updates, proofing, approvals, print vendor coordination, and distribution planning.
Prepare monthly sales and performance reports for North America and Europe.
Organize and execute marketing photo shoots, partnering with agencies and internal teams to capture high-quality assets.
Manage image rights and usage timelines to ensure compliance.
Provide weekly updates to leadership on project status and upcoming initiatives.
Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to develop branded merchandise and specialty items (e.g., cups, toys, liners).

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Hospitality, or related field preferred.
3+ years of experience in restaurant marketing, retail marketing, or cross-functional project support.
Understanding of menu strategy, visual merchandising, and brand storytelling.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office.
Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across global and regional teams.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple stakeholders and balance competing priorities.
