Responsibilities
Make bids on jobs by pursuing prices from vendors.
Prepare and present bids.
Understand customer needs and expectations.
Ask questions, understand the application, and offer materials that fulfill those requirements.
Up-sell cost effective alternative materials.
Receive and forward customer and vendor feedback while making suggestions for improvement.
Implement marketing directives and sales strategies on a divisional level.
Design and create graphics for banner ads, website, invitations, flyers, surveys, presentations and other marketing materials.
Be responsible for website and inbound marketing development and maintenance by utilizing marketing tools and software to gather important data.
Collaborate on new campaigns and strategies to increase market exposure and create new business.
Attend meetings for product knowledge, account performance reviews and goal setting.
Work with various departments and associates in assisting them in a variety of marketing & sales undertakings.
Coordinate or assist in activities involved in the planning and execution of special events.
Miscellaneous administrative support.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
Computer skills including Windows based applications
Prior marketing experience
Knowledge of digital marketing formats (websites, inbound marketing software, and social media)
Math skills that include calculating percentages, decimals and discount multipliers.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Ability to comprehend, read, and communicate the English language orally and in writing
Preferred Qualifications:
Electrical industry knowledge
Sales experience

Driven, motivated, mission-based attitude
Capacity to multi-task, to be organized and consistent.

Working Conditions
This position operates in a professional office environment which may require sitting for extended periods.
Position requires routine use of office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, fax machines, filing cabinets.
Will be required to work in a warehouse to pull and prepare orders in order to best service our customers from time to time.
