What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Partner with field sales and clinical teams to execute sales activities and support business growth
Assist in-service activities related to disposables and hardware within key customer bases
Install necessary equipment and perform functional/safety tests for customers
Drive product expansion while collaborating with the sales team and stakeholders
Focus on enhancing customer satisfaction and increasing product utilization
What is Required (Qualifications)
High School diploma or equivalent with at least 4 years of sales experience, or
Associate’s degree with 2 years of sales experience, or
Bachelor’s degree with 0 years of experience
Must have a valid driver’s license and active vehicle insurance policy
Ability to travel approximately 75% of the time within the assigned territory
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
1-3 years of previous field sales experience preferred
Prior medical device, business-to-business, or pharmaceutical sales experience highly preferred
Strong customer focus and relationship-building skills
Knowledge of sales techniques and company products
Demonstrable success in previous sales roles
