Overview
As the Digital Marketing Manager (Co-ordinator), you will be responsible for the Digital strategy and execution in the Royal Enfield North America marketing team. You will work with a data-driven and strategic mindset to lead our digital acquisition, customer intelligence, and retention efforts. You will be responsible for the entire customer journey, from the first click, to long-term loyalty. The ideal candidate lives at the intersection of creative marketing, digital insights (Google Analytics), and lifecycle automation (CRM) to drive sustainable business growth. Responsibilities
Digital Performance & Acquisition; Campaign Management:
Strategy and optimization of paid media channels (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, etc.) focused on ROI/ROAS. Work with digital marketing agency on content and execution. Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO):
Leading UX improvements on landing pages and websites to improve the conversion funnel. SEO Strategy:
Collaborating on organic growth initiatives to reduce dependency on paid channels. Dealer Performance:
Working closely with the sales team and dealers to maximize promotional efforts, providing dealers the digital tools needed to promote the brand and drive lead conversion. Website UI; Assess the royalenfield.com website
to optimize the UI, functionality, and customer engagement Execute basic web updates
directly (copy, image swap, pricing) utilizing Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Identify and communicate business needs
to the central web team for more complex updates (architecture, design, functionality) Evaluate dealer websites
for optimization and potential new website partners Digital Promotional Asset development
- Build digital assets using new and existing content for Royal Enfield promotion on the ground at events, in dealerships, and on social channels. Business Intelligence (BI) & Data Analytics; Insight Generation:
Transforming raw data into actionable business strategies, identifying trends, and alleviating bottlenecks in the sales funnel. Attribution Modeling:
Implementing and refining attribution models to understand the true impact of each touchpoint in the customer journey. Qualifications/ Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business Administration, or related fields. 5 + years of experience in similar roles Platform Mastery:
Proven proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Ads, and Facebook Ads. CRM/Automation:
Technical knowledge of CRM tools such as Salesforce, Lightspeed, Hubspot. Lead management System experience. Web & Search:
Technical expertise in website optimization/ development. Data Visualization:
Experience with Looker Studio, Power BI, or similar dashboard platforms. Project Management:
End to End oversight of project from initiation to completion (no direct reports in this role) Ideally you will be based in Milwaukee, however flexibility for the right candidate is offered.
