Tittle: Account Specialist (Digital Marketing Specialist) Location: Austin, TX (Hybrid for the two months) Must be based in Austin, TX Employment Type: Full-Time Compensation: $60,000–$80,000 base salary plus 20% bonus We are partnering with a performance-driven organization in the advertising services space to hire an Account Specialist to support a direct response book of business. This is a hands-on, data-focused role ideal for a digital marketing professional looking to grow their paid media expertise while working closely with cross-functional teams. Responsibilities
Support day-to-day campaign administration and optimization for direct response advertisers Configure and manage accounts across proprietary media platforms, CRM, and CPQ systems Monitor campaign pacing, performance, and budgets to ensure full delivery Analyze reports to identify optimization opportunities and performance issues Ensure ads, tracking, and landing pages are functioning correctly at launch Assist with client reporting, internal documentation, end-of-month billing, reconciliation, and invoice generation Track KPIs and surface growth or optimization recommendations Collaborate with Sales, Product, Finance, and Engineering teams to support revenue growth Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field 2+ years of digital marketing experience (agency or performance-focused environment preferred) Hands-on experience managing paid media campaigns, particularly paid search, display, and/or native Working knowledge of Google Ads, Bing, Google Analytics, and SA360 Experience working in a CRM, preferably Salesforce Strong Excel skills, including pivot tables and reporting (macros a plus) Ability to create PowerPoint presentations for business reviews Nice to Have
Experience running campaigns on Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Exposure to attribution platforms and performance marketing strategies Experience working with offshore or international teams
