We’re growing and looking for a
Podcast Relations Manager
to join our dynamic team! In this role, you’ll be involved in every stage of the podcast booking process: from onboarding clients to pitching, booking, and coordinating podcast interviews.
What You’ll Do
Research, vet, and pitch podcasts that align with client goals
Book and schedule podcast interviews
Communicate clearly and promptly with clients, podcast hosts, and internal teams
Maintain strong client relationships and support their goals throughout each campaign
Coordinate logistics to ensure a seamless booking experience
Act as the liaison between podcast guests and hosts
What You Bring
1-2 years of experience in client service roles, preferably from agencies.
Strong communication, presentation, written and problem-solving skills
Exceptional attention to detail and self-direction
Excellent organizational skills, capable of managing priorities and meeting deadlines.
A genuine passion for podcasts both from a strategic and personal perspective
