Job Overview
We’re hiring an Inside Sales Specialist to support Streamline’s dealer growth by generating leads, nurturing relationships, and contributing directly to new business development. In this role, you’ll engage prospective customers, qualify opportunities, and help build a strong pipeline through both inbound and outbound outreach. This is an excellent opportunity to grow foundational sales skills in a fast-paced SaaS environment. Key Responsibilities
Learn Streamline’s product and sales process through hands-on coaching and training Connect with prospective customers via phone, email, and digital outreach Qualify inbound leads and generate new opportunities through outbound efforts Schedule introductory meetings and support pipeline progression Track activity and maintain accurate prospect data in our CRM Follow up consistently and professionally with potential clients Collaborate with Sales and Client Services teams to ensure an excellent customer experience Work toward clear activity goals and performance targets What We\'re Looking For
Experience in inside sales, lead generation, or customer-facing roles Strong communication skills, both verbal and written A proactive, goal-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently Commitment to customer satisfaction and relationship-building Bonus: Experience in automotive finance, SaaS, or dealership environments Location: Florida Employment type: Full-Time Target compensation with bonus: $60-70K/yr At Streamline, we don’t just work—we lead a movement.
