You\'ll collaborate closely with our Customer Experience team, leverage cutting-edge tools, and represent a portfolio of products that lead the market. What You'll Do
Develop and execute sales strategies that grow market share and profit Cultivate relationships with end-users and distributors alike Highlight the value of PAC\'s innovative packaging solutions through compelling demos and conversations Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure seamless customer service Track opportunities and progress in our CRM and deliver timely business reports Represent PAC at trade shows and industry events Travel throughout your territory to meet with clients and prospects What You Bring
2+ years of outside sales experience (packaging background = major plus) Proven record of sales success and high customer satisfaction College degree preferred, but not required if you bring results and grit Strong communication skills and self-starter mindset Integrity, accountability, and initiative—you do what you say and own your outcomes Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools Perks & Benefits
