The Territory Manager (TM) is responsible for driving new business, managing customer relationships, and building a strong sales pipeline within the Austin market. You’ll develop new accounts, cold-call physician practices (dermatology, plastics, aesthetics specialties), and push deals 60–70% of the way before partnering with the Area Sales Manager to close. THIS IS A 100% TRAVEL ROLE, NO OFFICE WORK. REQUIREMENTS
1+ year of outside B2B sales experience
(medical sales a plus but not required) Hunter mentality
– persistent, energetic, money-motivated Comfortable with
frequent travel
throughout the territory Driven, resilient, and not afraid of “no” Key Responsibilities
Achieve or exceed quarterly and annual sales quotas Generate new business through proactive cold calling and in-person visits Build and manage a strong lead pipeline while progressing opportunities toward close Maintain strong product knowledge and understand clinical applications Support and identify key reference sites in your territory Partner with ASM, marketing, and clinical teams on workshops, tradeshows, and events Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain CRM accuracy Travel frequently within the region, with occasional out-of-territory travel Ready to Learn More?
