Responsibilities
Develop strategies with the team to prospect leads
Organize and manage leads from the database
Conduct initial outreach to qualified leads through calls, emails, and messages
Qualify leads based on predefined criteria using CRM and marketing automation tools
Maintain detailed records of interactions with leads in the CRM
Qualifications
1 to 2 years of experience as an SDR/BDR or in related sales roles
Strong active listening and communication skills
Knowledge of internal sales processes and methodologies
Experience in persuasive communication via phone and messaging platforms
Familiarity with Spin Selling and BANT methodologies
Preferred Qualifications
Medium proficiency in English
Medium proficiency in Spanish
Experience in making commercial presentations via phone and messaging platforms
