JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Real Estate Sales Manager to lead and develop a high-performing sales team while optimizing daily sales operations. This role is ideal for a leader who combines strong sales expertise with operational discipline and a passion for coaching teams to exceed performance goals. The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving revenue, strengthening sales processes, implementing KPI accountability, and creating a culture of performance and continuous improvement. Lead, coach, and develop a team of sales professionals to consistently meet or exceed revenue goals Oversee daily sales operations, pipeline management, and conversion performance Establish clear KPIs and monitor team metrics to drive accountability and results Implement and refine sales processes to improve efficiency and scalability Conduct regular one-on-one coaching sessions, call reviews, and performance evaluations Partner with executive leadership on hiring, onboarding, and training new team members Foster a culture of collaboration, professionalism, and continuous improvement Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and operational gaps Ensure alignment between sales strategy and broader organizational objectives Support forecasting, reporting, and strategic planning initiatives QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales leadership and operations management Proven success leading and developing high-performing teams Demonstrated ability to drive revenue growth and improve sales performance Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills Experience managing KPIs, sales funnels, and performance metrics Highly organized with strong operational and problem-solving abilities Real estate or acquisitions experience preferred, but not required Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent professional experience IDEAL LEADERSHIP TRAITS
