Overview
We are seeking a motivated, relationship-driven Account Executive to support growth across the Raleigh market. This role focuses on building partnerships with health plans, brokers, consultants, and employer groups to promote innovative healthcare solutions that improve access, outcomes, and cost efficiency. This is a consultative, territory-based sales role ideal for someone who understands the healthcare or benefits landscape and enjoys building long-term client relationships. Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute sales strategies across the Raleigh territory. Build relationships with decision-makers at health plans, brokerages, consulting firms, and employer groups. Deliver product demonstrations and presentations, both virtually and in person. Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through close. Establish and maintain long-term client and partner relationships. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless client experience. Track and manage sales activity and pipeline within CRM. Stay current on industry trends, including virtual care and value-based healthcare models. Represent the organization at industry events and client meetings. Travel into the Raleigh area for client visits and meetings as needed. Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. 5+ years of sales experience in healthcare, employer benefits, healthcare technology, or a related industry. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Strong understanding of the healthcare or employee benefits landscape. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, territory-based role. Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools. Must be based in Raleigh or willing to travel to the territory on a biweekly basis. Preferred Qualifications
Experience selling to HR, benefits, or wellness leaders. Familiarity with employer-sponsored health plans or value-based care models. Experience in virtual care, digital health, or healthcare services. Passion for improving healthcare access and outcomes.
