Marketing Lead – ABA, Early Intervention & Autism Services
Alpha & Omega Kids Developmental Services
Part-Time | 25+ Hours per Week | $25–$30 per Hour | Remote
Alpha & Omega Kids Developmental Services is a rapidly growing, multi-state provider of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy, early intervention, and autism diagnostic services for children and families. Our mission is to expand access to high-quality, evidence-based care and support families at the earliest stages of need.
We are seeking a strategic and execution-focused Part-Time Marketing Lead to help drive census growth, open new referral channels, and strengthen our brand presence across key markets. This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives in healthcare environments, enjoys relationship-driven growth, and wants to see tangible results from their work.

What You Will Do Strategic Marketing and Brand Development
Design and execute marketing strategies tied directly to census growth and new-market expansion.
Maintain a consistent, polished brand across all platforms and outreach materials.
Analyze referral trends, service gaps, and competitor activity to guide strategy.
Track performance metrics and present concise, executive-ready reports.
Referral Development and Community Outreach
Build relationships with pediatricians, specialty providers, Regional Centers, Early Intervention programs, school districts, psychologists, social workers, and case managers.
Conduct outbound calling and professional email campaigns to generate referrals.
Coordinate presentations, lunch-and-learns, open houses, and community events.
Represent Alpha and Omega Kids at conferences, resource fairs, and networking meetings.
Support diagnostic and new-market launches.
Digital Marketing and Campaign Execution
Strengthen visibility across LinkedIn, referral directories, and autism-focused platforms.
Create compelling flyers, referral packets, landing pages, and email campaigns.
Draft concise social and newsletter content.
Use Canva, CRMs, and automation tools to operate efficiently.
Projects and Performance Reporting
Lead targeted outreach initiatives tied to diagnostic growth and new centers.
Maintain accurate CRM systems and activity trackers.
Provide weekly performance summaries to leadership.
Pilot new ideas and scale successful strategies.
You Bring Who Will Thrive in This Role
Experience in healthcare, ABA, behavioral health, or referral-driven marketing
Confidence with phone-based outreach and partnership development
Strategic thinking paired with hands-on execution
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Familiarity with HIPAA and ethical healthcare marketing
An organized, self-directed working style
Empathy for families navigating autism services
Schedule And Compensation
Bilingual is preferred but not required.
Hours: Minimum 25 hours per week
Availability: Between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM
Pay: $25–$30 per hour
Location: Remote with local travel for community events and meetings
