Sanofi Vaccines, North America, is seeking a highly skilled people leader with National Account experience in the National Health System (NHS) market to lead a team of Directors of National Accounts and Contract Specialists. Customers covered are national in scope with significant influence and market impact. This leader will support Sanofi’s transformation in how we engage with customers and win with a B2B approach. They will have deep healthcare industry knowledge, strong leadership, collaboration, strategic planning abilities, account management experience, and a track record of driving teams to achieve objectives. As a National Accounts Lead, you will be responsible for: Achieving sales goals through your team’s execution of comprehensive B2B customer strategies as well as contract and brand strategies. Coaching the team to surface the voice of the customer, translate insights into proposed solutions, build a business case, and bring key stakeholders to a common solution. Maintain a broad footprint of contacts within customers to enable co-creation of value and sustainable relationships. Develop robust business plans and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to execute strategies. Ensure incorporation of brand strategies into broader National Health System strategies and support execution of AM and Brand team strategies. Inform and activate internal teams to build or enhance brand, customer, or Market Access solutions. Serve as sponsor and support your team through RFPs and contract negotiations across product lines. Collaborate with internal stakeholders (Brand Marketing, Market Access, Health IT, Health System Solutions, Strategic Accounts) to develop channel strategies that center the voice of the customer. Represent the company at industry conferences, trade shows, and other market-appropriate events. Understand and continuously learn the evolving US Healthcare landscape, including HIT, quality, health equity, value-based care, finance, and innovation; translate knowledge into actionable insights and solutions. About You

Key Competencies: Relationship Building: Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders (C-Suite leaders, healthcare professionals, industry influencers, potential partners) to drive growth. Communication and Presentation: Strong written and verbal skills to convey complex healthcare information and influence diverse audiences. Adaptability and Continuous Learning: Adapt to evolving markets and customers; demonstrate ingenuity to address changing needs. Collaboration and Sales Orchestration: Lead the team through matrix selling with a B2B mindset, transformational leadership, alignment, accountability, and achievement. Qualifications

Travel up to 50% of the time Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or other advanced degree preferred Experience

Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 7 years leading account management teams, specifically in the healthcare industry within National Health System markets. Proven experience leading teams in a B2B context and identifying opportunities to create innovative solutions with customers. Proven experience aligning with and inspiring internal stakeholders. Proven track record of leading and coaching sales teams with complex customers. Strong understanding of National Health System business, decision-making processes, and market trends; proven ability to access C-suite to D-suite decision makers. Ability to translate market knowledge into strategic plans with internal stakeholders. Strong negotiation skills, cross-functional leadership, and ability to network with customers and internal teams. Ability to coach team members to execute tactical initiatives, provide feedback, and manage multiple projects. Strong business acumen and strategic thinking; self-directed and organized with excellent execution and planning skills. Ability to adapt in a shifting environment; strong data analysis to identify growth opportunities. Excellent written and oral communication skills.
