The Sales Support Administrator provides administrative, operational, and coordination support to sales leadership and customer accounts. This role partners closely with internal teams to ensure effective account management, streamlined processes, and strong customer relationships, particularly within Latin American markets. Responsibilities

Support existing customer accounts, with a focus on Latin American markets Communicate with customers via phone and email, primarily in Spanish Assist with account transitions, contact management, and invoicing support Partner closely with sales leadership to support day-to-day operational needs Provide administrative support to ensure smooth and consistent account management Assist with internal documentation, coordination, and reporting activities Must Have

Fluent Spanish (written and spoken) Strong customer service and administrative background Experience supporting sales teams or managing existing client accounts Professional email communication skills (Spanish preferred for client contact) High attention to detail and ability to manage invoices, contacts, and account data EEO Statement
