Inside Sales / Customer Fulfillment Representative . This role is responsible for supporting customers, processing orders, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring an efficient and accurate order‑to‑delivery experience. The ideal candidate is organized, communicative, and committed to providing excellent service. Responsibilities
Serve as a primary point of contact for customer inquiries, product information, and order status updates. Prepare and process quotations, sales orders, and related documentation. Enter, verify, and maintain accurate order information within internal systems. Coordinate with production, shipping, and operations teams to ensure timely order fulfillment. Assist customers with problem‑solving, troubleshooting, and general support needs. Maintain clear communication with internal and external stakeholders regarding delivery timelines and service expectations. Support the sales team with administrative tasks, follow‑ups, and reporting as needed. Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education is a plus. Prior experience in inside sales, order entry, customer service, or administrative support preferred. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency with basic computer applications (email, spreadsheets, CRM or order‑entry systems). Excellent attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Customer‑focused mindset with a problem‑solver attitude.
