We are currently recruiting for an experienced
Sales Advisor
to join our growing new homes development in
Shrewsbury . This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a customer-focused team delivering high-quality homes and an outstanding buying experience.
The Role As a Sales Advisor, you will be responsible for:
Managing the full sales process from initial enquiry through to legal completion
Welcoming and guiding customers around the development and show homes
Building strong relationships with prospective buyers and stakeholders
Achieving and exceeding sales targets
Ensuring all sales administration and compliance is completed accurately
Providing an exceptional level of customer service at all times
About You
Previous experience in
new homes sales
is essential
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
Customer-focused and target-driven
Confident working independently and as part of a team
