Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for national Integrated Delivery Network (IDN) accounts, nurturing strong partnerships
Develop and execute account strategies that align with IDN needs and organizational goals
Drive revenue growth through targeted sales strategies and identifying new business opportunities
Lead contract negotiations to establish favorable terms and ensure win-win outcomes
Monitor market trends and adjust strategies to maintain a competitive edge
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred
8-10+ years of experience in national or strategic account management, preferably in healthcare or related sectors
Proven track record of managing large IDN or health system accounts and negotiating complex contracts
Relevant industry certifications are a plus
Must be available to travel up to 50%
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with healthcare provider systems, group purchasing organizations (GPOs), and value-based care models
Strong sales acumen with a history of increasing market penetration and revenue
Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to influence senior-level executives
Proven leadership skills with experience in mentoring and guiding sales teams
Proficient in analyzing performance metrics and making data-driven recommendations
