White Mechanical Inc. is looking for an Account Manager who can build lasting client partnerships and orchestrate flawless service delivery—all in the same day. You'll be the central connection point between our clients and field teams. One moment you're conducting strategic planning meetings with facility managers across multiple commercial sites. Next, you're coordinating emergency dispatch operations to get a technician on-site fast. You'll identify revenue opportunities, develop winning proposals, and ensure every service call is executed with precision. Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned commercial accounts across multiple site locations, conducting strategic planning meetings, business reviews, and building deep client relationships that drive retention and expansion Identify new business opportunities within your accounts and prepare compelling quotes and proposals for HVAC repairs, equipment installations, and system upgrades using ServiceTrade pricing guidelines Coordinate daily dispatch operations—prioritizing emergency calls, scheduling preventive maintenance, optimizing technician routes, and ensuring maximum efficiency and customer response times Collaborate with field technicians to identify equipment replacement needs and preventive maintenance opportunities, translating technical findings into revenue-generating proposals Serve as the communication hub between clients, field technicians, accounting, and management, managing service requests, project timelines, and resolving escalations with professionalism Maintain accurate records with internal systems and client-specific CRM platforms, tracking service history, opportunity pipeline, technician schedules, and dispatch activities, with regular reporting to the VP of Sales Participate in a rotating on-call schedule for after-hours emergency service coordination What Makes You a Fit

Required: 3+ years of experience in account management, sales, dispatching, or similar role B2B sales experience and account management in construction-related industries (HVAC experience is a plus) Valid driver's license Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously in fast-paced environments Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM/dispatch systems Strongly Preferred: Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Accounting, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent combination of education and experience) Dispatching or service coordination experience Working knowledge of HVAC systems and preventive maintenance programs Experience managing accounts across multiple site locations Familiarity with ServiceTrade or similar field service management platforms Physical Requirements

Ability to lift/push/pull at least 20 lbs Occasional site visits may require climbing ladders, working outdoors, or navigating job sites Ability to work irregular hours during peak seasons, including after-hours on-call rotation Compensation:
