As a Sales Associate with Longines, you will demonstrate outstanding customer service as per brand standards, generate sales, merchandise and safeguard company assets. You will help client outreach initiatives, build brand awareness, and assist in daily store operations. All positions support and assist the management team in achieving customer service and sales goals. You will be the brand, inside and outside the boutique. Responsibilities

Greet customers in a timely, professional and personable manner Provide a unique and special experience to all clients, offering an introduction to the brand Support store sales goals Support the boutique’s clienteling efforts by entering qualified presentations into the Client Log Book and capturing essential data (email, phone number, brand/reference) Assist in the sales process per established store protocols Communicate customer requests to management Assist in submitting daily reports and sales reconciliation Assist in processing and replenishing merchandise and monitoring counter stock Ensure all “Presentations” are properly documented for customer outreach Participate in merchandising projects (daily stock maintenance, display changes, product transfers, etc.) Support superior after-sale service and the “Thank You” program Work as part of a team Support asset protection and loss prevention in compliance with policies Maintain store appearance and ensure merchandise is neatly organized and attractively displayed All other duties assigned by Management Qualifications

Must have High School Diploma and/or equivalent Strong luxury retail jewelry and/or timepiece experience 3-5 years of sales experience; specialty luxury retail preferred Driven to deliver superior service and exceed customer expectations Ability to work well as part of a fast-paced team Excellent verbal and interpersonal skills Self-starter with good judgment; professional demeanor Ability to work with all levels of internal management and staff Clientele-building skills Basic computer literacy Flexible retail hours including weekends and holidays Ability to multi-task and adapt to changing priorities Self-motivated with minimal supervision Bilingual is a plus Benefits
