Position As an Inside Sales Representative at Liberty Mutual, you’ll have the tools, training and support you need to succeed from day one. This is a remote, inbound sales role focused on warm leads with paid training and licensing opportunities.

Pay Details
Starting base salary: $45K with opportunity for growth
Average earnings range: $55K–$75K (base salary + commissions)
Top performers (second year onward) can earn $85K+
Role Location Our Sales Representative, Inbound Remote position is available for candidates based in Pennsylvania, Virginia, Michigan, Maryland, New Hampshire, Ohio and Kentucky. Applicants must reside within these locations to be considered.
Job Details
Handle inbound calls and warm leads, consult with customers on insurance needs, and match coverages, products, and benefits to convert leads into policyholders
Remote work environment with paid training from day one
All insurance representatives need to hold a Property & Casualty Insurance license; if not, paid training includes licensing
Training extends over 16 weeks for licensed hires and 18 weeks for unlicensed hires
Comprehensive medical benefits from Day 1
No cold calls; all incoming warm leads
Opportunities for rewards and recognition
Schedule: 4 weekdays and 1 weekend day, mid-morning start (example 11am–8pm CST); minimum 12 months before consideration for another shift
All computer equipment provided; work-at-home requirements include a professional workspace, wired high-speed internet (minimum 100 Mbps download, 20 Mbps upload); satellite and mobile internet not supported
Qualifications
2–3 years sales experience preferred; 2 years of sales/service-related work experience required
Strong interpersonal and persuasive skills to close sales
Ability to communicate well with prospects and customers
Excellent analytical, decision-making and organizational skills
Strong typing and PC proficiency
Property and Casualty License required after hire
