You’ll own the full sales cycle. This is a hands-on, quota-carrying role where you will own the full sales lifecycle—from outbound prospecting to deal closure—while working closely with delivery leaders and executive management. Responsibilities
Generate pipeline from ICP accounts via value-driven out bounding Build and grow client relationships, expanding market share within MSAs and new enterprise accounts Manage full sales cycle – prospecting, development, negotiation, and deal closure Build, manage, and close a pipeline against set revenue targets Expected to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service. Skills : Strong communication and customer service abilities, expertise in sales and sales management, organizational and problem-solving skills. Experience : Background in logistics and proficiency in CRM software preferred. Total 10 years of sales experience; 5 years of experience in working with a Logistics company; 3 years in IT staffing sales or account management; a strong record of winning new business and growing existing accounts; outstanding communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
