
Outside Industrial Sales Representative (Field Service)

Rite-Hite Sales Professionals
work within protected territories to represent our various lines of products and services. Our customer base includes anyone with a warehouse, with emphasis on Fortune 500 manufacturers and distribution centers. This is an outside sales position which will focus on growing our service business, including planned maintenance programs, repair services, parts, and accessory products. You will be responsible for growing existing accounts, prospecting and securing new customers, and introducing new products to the territory. This territory covers Grand Rapids and the surrounding areas. Responsibilities
Represent Rite-Hite product lines and services in a protected territory. Grow the service business, including planned maintenance programs, repair services, parts, and accessory products. Expand existing accounts, prospect for new customers, and introduce new products to the territory. Maintain knowledge of the territory and its customer base; develop solid territory business plans and effectively cover the territory daily. Required Experience
Rite-Hite requires a 4-year degree plus a minimum of 3 years of successful outside sales experience in an industrial or commercial setting. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills; ability to build productive business relationships and demonstrate good mechanical aptitude. Ability to understand the territory and its customer base, develop solid territory plans, and cover the territory on a daily basis. What We Offer
