Responsibilities
Generate new sales by developing leads, recruiting new surgeons, and making sales calls
Grow existing business and identify new opportunities within the assigned territory
Work autonomously to meet or exceed sales quotas using corporate resources
Implement approved marketing strategies and respond to customer complaints in line with company policies
Maintain accurate customer records and prepare required call reports for management
Qualifications
High School Diploma (or equivalent) and 8+ years of relevant sales, clinical, or related experience in medical devices, Medtech, healthcare, or life sciences; or
Associate\'s Degree and 6+ years of relevant experience; or
Bachelor\'s Degree and 4+ years of relevant experience
Valid driver\'s license and ability to travel approximately 50% of the time within the assigned territory
Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in orthopedics, spine, or operating room environments
Proven leadership abilities and experience in selling value-added programs
Strong communication and presentation skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and evolving environment
Knowledge of spinal anatomy and the ability to effectively explain products to surgeons after training
