A Day in the Life: As a Senior Client Manager, you will: Collaborate closely with Producers to anticipate and meet their sales support needs. Work together to achieve production, retention, and growth objectives. Manage all account responsibilities, including billing, policy updates, and coverage inquiries. Provide comprehensive coverage analysis, risk management recommendations, and handle all application-related tasks. Ensure timely and precise management of the renewal process, including handling cancellations. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and carriers to enhance retention. Address accounting discrepancies as needed. Keep up-to-date on policy changes, rates, and forms for effective policy-checking. Execute client and carrier interactions to prevent errors and omissions. Who We’re Looking For: If you have the following qualifications, we would love to meet you: 7+ years of insurance experience in an agency or brokerage, focused on middle-market clients. 5+ years of comprehensive knowledge of Property & Casualty Insurance. High School Diploma required; a Bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent experience is preferred. Relevant designations are encouraged. Strong negotiation skills and expertise in the placement process. Property & Casualty License. In-depth understanding of insurance products, markets, and marketing techniques.
