Sales Operations / Order Fulfillment Specialist
Confidential, Irvine, California, United States, 92713
We are looking for a versatile
Sales Operations Specialist
who can bridge the gap between front-end sales and back-end delivery. In this role, you won't just be managing the CRM; you will be the air traffic controller for our
online order management and fulfillment process . The ideal candidate understands that a sale isn't truly "closed" until the customer has the product in their hands. You will leverage
Salesforce
to manage the entire lifecycle of a deal, from the initial click to the final shipment. *This is a 5 days a week in-office position. Key Responsibilities
Salesforce & CRM Management:
Act as the Salesforce administrator, maintaining data integrity and building workflows that automate the transition from "Closed-Won" to "Order Processing." Online Order Oversight:
Manage the intake of orders from our online platforms, ensuring all data flows correctly into the CRM and accounting systems. Order Fulfillment:
Coordinate the end-to-end fulfillment process. This includes verifying inventory availability, generating packing slips/invoices, and communicating with the warehouse or logistics partners. Process Optimization:
Streamline the hand-off between sales and operations to reduce lead times and eliminate manual entry errors. Logistics Tracking:
Monitor shipment statuses and proactively resolve any delays or delivery issues to ensure a high-quality customer experience. Reporting:
Create dashboards that track not only sales metrics but also fulfillment efficiency (e.g., order accuracy rates and "time-to-ship"). Qualifications & Skills
Experience:
2–4 years in Sales Ops, E-commerce Operations, or Order Management. CRM Expertise:
Advanced knowledge of
Salesforce
(Flows, Process Builder, and Reporting). Technical Savvy:
Experience with e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Magento) and how they integrate with CRMs. Detail-Oriented:
A "measure twice, cut once" mentality—accuracy in order processing is critical to our bottom line. Problem Solver:
The ability to troubleshoot why an order is stuck in the system and fix the root cause. Why This Role Matters
You are the glue that holds our revenue engine together. By mastering both the
Salesforce
environment and the
fulfillment
pipeline, you ensure that our growth is backed by operational excellence and happy, returning customers.
