We're hiring a Growth Manager in New York for a health tech company in our partner network. Compensation: $150,000 - $170,000 per year (based on experience), plus performance-based bonuses What you'll be responsible for:
As a Growth Manager, you'll architect and execute the deals, partnerships, and investments that drive company expansion. Your work will bridge strategy and execution, turning growth ambitions into completed transactions. Here's what you'll own: Drive M&A execution from sourcing through integration, including target screening, financial analysis, due diligence coordination, deal negotiation, and post-merger planning Develop detailed financial models to assess acquisition targets, joint venture structures, and strategic investment opportunities with precision Analyze market dynamics and competitive landscapes to identify expansion opportunities and evaluate strategic alignment of potential deals Collaborate with the executive team to shape corporate strategy, making informed recommendations on organic growth versus acquisitions, new market entry, and portfolio decisions Oversee relationships with investment bankers, legal advisors, and consultants while orchestrating internal deal teams across finance, operations, and product Design and lead comprehensive due diligence efforts that cover financial performance, commercial viability, operational scalability, and technical infrastructure of target companies You'll stand out if you bring:
3-5+ years in consulting from MBB, Big 4, or boutique firms with meaningful exposure to healthcare, life sciences, or technology Direct experience in corporate development, M&A advisory, investment banking, or private equity, where you've closed transactions Demonstrated financial modeling expertise, including DCF valuation, precedent transaction analysis, and deal return calculations Proven ability to navigate complexity and ambiguity while managing multiple workstreams, stakeholders, and competing priorities Sharp analytical capabilities paired with strategic judgment (you can work through granular details without losing sight of the overall objective) Polished communication skills and executive presence: you can confidently present investment theses and deal recommendations to senior leadership and board members How to apply:
