Role Overview We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst to take end-to-end ownership of business processes supported by Salesforce within a healthcare environment. This role sits at the intersection of operations, technology, and strategy, translating real-world workflows into scalable system solutions. You will work closely with operational leaders, product owners, and delivery teams to ensure Salesforce enhancements are purposeful, well-defined, and aligned with business outcomes.
This is a hands-on role requiring both functional expertise and the ability to guide Salesforce initiatives from concept through delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as a subject-matter expert for Salesforce-based solutions, providing both functional and technical guidance across initiatives
Lead analysis and execution of Salesforce enhancements, ensuring solutions are practical, scalable, and aligned with operational goals
Take ownership of healthcare provider-related workflows supported by Salesforce, ensuring systems reflect real operational needs
Develop a deep understanding of end-to-end provider operations, including onboarding, credentialing, ongoing maintenance, and offboarding
Partner with stakeholders to clarify business problems, validate assumptions, and ensure requests are grounded in true business drivers
Translate business objectives into clear, actionable, and testable functional requirements
Create process maps, workflow diagrams, and gap analyses to identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities
Facilitate stakeholder workshops, discovery sessions, and requirement reviews to build shared understanding and alignment
Ensure proposed solutions align with operational realities, regulatory considerations, and system constraints
Manage and refine the product backlog, including defining user stories, acceptance criteria, and prioritization
Act as the primary point of coordination between business teams and technical delivery teams throughout the development lifecycle
Support Agile delivery practices, contributing to sprint planning, backlog grooming, and solution validation
Required Skills & Experience (Bold items are required)
Salesforce platform experience (functional and/or technical)
Healthcare industry experience , ideally supporting provider-focused operations
Demonstrated success as a Senior Business Analyst supporting complex business systems
Strong understanding of provider lifecycle processes, including credentialing and compliance-driven workflows
Extensive experience with requirements elicitation, documentation, validation, and traceability
Proven ability to perform process analysis, workflow design, and business process optimization
Experience working in Agile or Scrum delivery environments
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to question assumptions and uncover root causes
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to translate business needs into technical direction
