Business Analysis: Requirements engineering, process modeling (UML), Agile/Scrum
Technical Aptitude: Familiarity with integrations, data migration, and system architecture
Soft Skills: Critical thinking, problem solving, excellent communication (technical and nontechnical), presentation and interpersonal skills
