What is Required (Qualifications)
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Finance, Math, Economics, or equivalent discipline
Minimum of 5 years of experience in data mapping, scrubbing, and cleaning
At least 5 years of experience in a Managed Care Organization with complex SQL queries
Proficiency in Microsoft T-SQL, SSIS, and SSRS for a minimum of 5 years
Minimum of 3 years of experience in predictive modeling in healthcare quality data
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Familiarity with data science techniques and programming languages like Python and R
Experience with cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure, AWS, or Hadoop
Previous work with HEDIS rate tracking and medical record review interventions
