HR Business Partner
to join our Human Resources Team. This role will be a full-time day shift role working Monday- Friday with four days reporting onsite / 1 day remote. The Human Resources Business Partner supports the business in meeting its goals by assisting in implementing HR strategies with business objectives at the regional and/or functional level within Indiana University Health. Partners with leaders and team members to guide and align on HR matters such as talent management, engagement, workforce planning, leader and team development. Supports the implementation of system wide HR initiatives such as annual performance reviews, employee engagement, and succession planning. Works with the HR centers of excellence in talent acquisition, total rewards, talent management, and learning and development, as appropriate when navigating regional/functional challenges and to partner and inform on system level HR practices. Candidates for the position will be evaluated according to the following criteria and competencies. Bachelor\'s Degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field is required. Master\'s Degree is preferred. Requires 3-5 years of relevant Human Resources experience. Requires experience in the execution of HR programs. Must be able to guide the application of HR related regulations and laws (e.g. FLSA, COBRA, ADA, FMLA, etc.). Requires proficiency in Microsoft Office applications such as Teams, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Power BI and SharePoint.
