Solutions Engineer
to join our
Professional Services Team . This role is ideal for a creative problem-solver passionate about understanding customer needs and providing tailored solutions. As a key technical expert, you will work closely with clients to assess their requirements, guide them in best practices, and ensure successful solution implementation using Valorx products. Responsibilities:
Engage with clients to understand business needs and technical challenges. Design and implement customized solutions using Valorx Fusion and Excel technologies. Provide expert guidance on best practices for deploying and optimizing Valorx solutions. Assist with solution configuration, integration, and troubleshooting. Conduct training sessions and create documentation to enhance user adoption. Work cross-functionally with internal teams to improve product offerings based on customer feedback. Ensure that implemented solutions align with client goals, scalability requirements, and industry best practices. Communicate technical concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree
in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. 2-4 years
of relevant experience in solution implementation, consulting, or technical support. 1+ years
of experience with programming languages (preferred). Strong problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills. Experience with
Salesforce and Excel
(Must). Salesforce Certifications
(e.g., Administrator, Platform App Builder, Developer) are a plus. Eagerness to learn, adapt, and work in a fast-paced environment. Benefits:
