Responsibilities

Serve as the primary web manager, updating and troubleshooting the NTFB website, and coordinating quarterly content maintenance with departments across the organization Support the Agency Zone for partner agencies on the NTFB website and oversee weekly promotion of the mobile pantry schedule Update digital screens at NTFB’s Plano Campus to promote events and volunteer opportunities Manage the Speaker’s Bureau program, coordinating requests with available resources Support social media efforts by creating engaging visual content, including graphics, photos, and videos Assist the fundraising team with creating and troubleshooting donation campaigns on third-party websites, and support programs and administrative teams with online form creation and management Prepare reports that include key metrics and analytics, noting performance and trends year over year for NTFB.org, the NTFB app as well as social media channels Manage content, updates, push notifications, and marketing strategy for the NTFB app Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in digital media, communications, or related field, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience Proficiency with Google Analytics and Google Ads Knowledge of Content Management Systems such as WordPress and utilization of SEO strategies Ability to create online forms and crowdfunding pages; basic design/layout skills desired Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud products and Microsoft Office applications Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication as well as presentation skills Ability to collaborate effectively and interact professionally with people at all levels Project management skills
