Role:
Business Development Representative (BDR)
As a Business Development Representative (BDR) at PACE Engineering, you’ll focus on
identifying opportunities, generating leads, and qualifying prospects
to expand PACE’s presence in high-growth technology markets. You’ll engage with founders, executives, and other decision-makers to
build strong client relationships
and maintain an organized sales pipeline. This is an excellent entry point for someone looking to grow a career in
B2B sales, business development, or account management , with opportunities to advance into
account management or sales leadership .
What You’ll Do
Research and identify high-potential startups and companies in AI, Robotics, HPC, and Software Engineering
Reach out to founders, executives, and decision-makers to start conversations
Build and maintain a pipeline of prospective clients
Share insights into PACE’s services and solutions in a clear, approachable way
Track market trends and company news to identify opportunities
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in any field
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Motivated to learn about sales and business development
Comfortable with outreach, lead generation, and following up with prospects
Interested in growing into account management or sales leadership
Benefits PACE Engineering offers a base salary plus fully uncapped commission.
