Community Manager

with a sharp instinct for internet culture and entertainment fandoms. Reporting to the Social Director and collaborating closely with creative strategists, designers, and editors, this role will help shape the voice of a high profile reality TV show while contributing to pitches for upcoming film and series launches. The ideal candidate is fluent in memes (both

video and image ), reactive content, and the nuances of online community behavior. You know how to read the room, when to spark conversation, when to listen, and how to turn audience moments into ideas that break through. This is a

part time freelance role

designed for someone who lives online and thrives at the intersection of storytelling, fandom, and fast moving culture. What You’ll Do

Shape the conversation:

Write and concept social posts, captions, and replies that build authentic relationships with fans. Pitch cultural moments:

Develop reactive ideas, memes, and social first creative tied to trends and community insights. Craft the voice:

Help define the tone and personality of campaigns across titles, genres, and platforms. Collaborate across teams:

Partner with creative, design, and strategy leads to ideate campaign and pitch content that drives conversation. Surface insights:

Monitor trends, audience behaviors, and platform moments to inform social strategy and real time content opportunities. Stay current:

Keep a constant pulse on entertainment, pop culture, and internet humor to ensure ideas feel fresh and timely. You Have

1 to 4 years of professional experience in

community management ,

social copywriting , or

content strategy

for entertainment, brands, or creators. Proven ability to create or concept

memes and reactive content

that resonate across Instagram, TikTok, X, and Threads. Strong copywriting skills and the ability to adapt tone to fit each title’s voice. Understanding of fandom dynamics, reactive marketing, and community driven storytelling. A proactive, collaborative mindset and comfort working independently in a fast moving environment. Bonus: Experience with short form video editing, or project management for social. You’ll Thrive Here If You
