We are looking for a
Strategy & Operations Lead
with strong project management expertise to join our Global Data Acquisition and Advanced Analytics team. This position is based in Atlanta, Georgia and is a hybrid role (at least 40% of the time in office) with limited travel (10% domestically). Who you'll work with
You will partner globally with cross‑functional stakeholders including the Global Data Acquisition Team, Global Analytics Team, Data Office, Digital Technology Team, Communication teams, and patient data users across UCB. What you’ll do
Lead high‑quality execution of communication strategies for the Global Data Acquisition Team, ensuring clarity, consistency, and alignment across stakeholders. Design and implement change management initiatives that support adoption of the enterprise data acquisition strategy and new ways of working. Plan, facilitate, and curate community forums and engagement events for patient data users across UCB organisations. Lead the execution of communication and training during the data lifecycle. Consolidate impact generated by data acquisition initiatives. Establish and maintain structured feedback mechanisms to capture users’ feedback. Act as a PMO to oversee data and analytics team projects, providing visibility on progress and ensuring a consistent operating rhythm for the team. Contribute to programs that reinforce team culture, engagement, and continuous improvement. Required
Bachelor’s degree. At least 5 years of working experience in a global organization. Experience leading change management programs. Proven track record of leading communication programs in a global setting. Experience in program management in a matrix organization. Fluent in English, both oral and written. Excellent presentation skills. Preferred
Master or Doctorate degree. Knowledge or experience in the pharmaceutical industry. Experience building processes and frameworks to improve operational efficiency. Curiosity mindset is a must. This position’s anticipated base salary range is $125,000–$164,900 per year. The actual salary offered will take into account related knowledge, skills, experience, and location among other factors and may fall outside the expected range.
