Public Sector Purchasing Specialist (Buyer I–III)

A municipal services department is seeking a Buyer to manage purchasing support functions. The Buyer will assist with bid openings, maintain vendor files, and process requisitions and purchase orders. Candidates should have two years of experience in purchasing processes, knowledge of public sector procurement, and the ability to work collaboratively with various departments.
