PPT Designer
is responsible for creating polished, visually compelling, and executive‑ready PowerPoint presentations. This person turns raw content—data, text, charts, and ideas—into clear, professional storytelling that supports strategic initiatives, leadership communications, and program updates. Key Responsibilities
Design high‑quality PowerPoint presentations for executive briefings, program updates, workshops, and stakeholder communications. Transform complex information into clean visual narratives using layouts, icons, charts, and graphics. Develop and maintain branded templates, slide libraries, and design standards. Work closely with leaders and SMEs to understand messaging and create slides that are clear and impactful. Edit, format, and refine existing decks to ensure consistency, readability, and visual appeal. Incorporate storytelling principles to improve flow, clarity, and message retention. Manage multiple deck requests simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines. Use both creative design skills and PowerPoint advanced features (transitions, animations, SmartArt, vector editing, etc.). Required Skills & Experience
3–10+ years of presentation design, graphic design, or communication design experience. Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint (including slide masters, custom layouts, and visual formatting). Strong graphic design skills (color, typography, spacing, layout). Ability to quickly understand business context and simplify complex information. Experience working with executives or high-visibility communication materials. Strong attention to detail, organization, and version control. Portfolio showcasing high-end presentation work. Preferred Skills
Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop). Experience designing for consulting, finance, tech, or transformation programs. Ability to create custom icons, infographics, or lightweight branding assets. Familiarity with storytelling frameworks, visual hierarchy, and data visualization.
