This isn\'t your typical entry-level sales role. Our BDR position is an accelerated development program
designed to identify and train future Account Managers. If you perform, you\'ll be promoted to Account Manager in as little as
6-12 months

in the BDR role High performers advance to Account Manager with VP approval What You\'ll Do
Drive Daily Sales Activity: Make 80-120+ outbound calls daily to C-level executives, CFOs, VPs of Finance, and Controllers Engage in 2.5+ hours of quality prospect conversations daily Schedule qualified meetings for senior Account Managers Build pipeline through persistent, professional outreach Develop Your Territory: Research and qualify mid-market companies with CapEx financing needs Use ZoomInfo, LinkedIn, and industry resources to identify key decision-makers Track all activity in Salesforce with precision and accountability Master the Fundamentals: Learn equipment finance, leasing structures, and capital markets Understand how million-dollar deals get done Develop consultative selling skills from experienced mentors What We\'re Looking For
Must-Haves: Relentless work ethic
