About the Company
At Flow, we’re reimagining what it means to live, work, and connect. Flow is a brand, a technology platform, and an operations ecosystem spanning condominiums, hotels, multifamily residences, and office spaces. We’re building a new kind of living experience: one that’s flexible, connected, and designed to create genuine community and real value for the people who call Flow home.
Our mission is oneness: prioritizing our residents and their experiences, and fostering connection with ourselves, their neighbors, and the natural world. By putting people at the center of everything we do, we’re creating vibrant, human-centered communities where life, work, creativity, and play all come together in one place.
About the Role Senior Product Designers play a central role in shaping how we build products that fundamentally change how people live. You’ll work across the full product lifecycle, from early concept exploration and user research through interaction design, visual design, and final polish before launch. This role calls for strong end-to-end ownership, a high bar for craft, and the ability to contribute meaningfully to both detailed execution and higher-level product and business decisions alongside product, engineering, and executive partners.
Flow’s mission is to design communities that connect people to themselves, their neighbors, and nature. Delivering on that vision requires bringing together real estate, property management, and financial services into a cohesive, intuitive experience, while maintaining relentlessly high standards for quality and usability. We’re looking for designers who are user-first, detail-oriented, and motivated by the opportunity to reinvent how people experience their homes and community.
As a Senior Product Designer, you’ll own product features from concept through delivery, including research, UI and visual design, engineering handoff, QA, and iteration. This is a hands-on individual contributor role for someone who enjoys rolling up their sleeves and moving quickly without compromising quality. You’ll also collaborate closely with the design team to establish strong design processes, help build and evolve Flow’s design system, and contribute to a thoughtful, high-impact design culture.
Also, we believe employees are better together. Every position at Flow has an onsite or in-office requirement.
A portfolio is required for consideration.
