What You’ll Be Doing
Maintaining a deep working knowledge
of the XM Solution and the healthcare experience management niche market and intuitively map how the product solves real operational and regulatory problems for clients.
Leading executive product solution discussions , including product demos and discovery, working closely with Sales and Professional Services to understand client goals in a consultive capacity.
Serving as a go-to expert internally
for the XM Solution, helping sales teams understand how to position the product and supporting them on higher-stakes or more complex opportunities.
Providing full range of consulting and advisory services to clients utilizing Relias' consulting methodologies and programs in the areas of professional development, strategy and clinical solution support.
Working alongside Sales to support revenue goals , contributing to deal strategy, product positioning, and problem-solving in competitive or complex sales cycles.
Participating in Healthcare Experience Management industry activities including attending trade events, social selling, contributing partner content, keeping updated on industry trends, competitors, and emerging market trends to provide clients with relevant insights and solutions
Acting as a consistent feedback loop between customers and Product , helping translate real-world client needs into clear input for product improvements and future development. Support M&A activities by identifying and evaluating organizations that present a strong strategic fit and are accretive to the overall business objectives.
Determining, developing and delivering on innovative strategies and tools to target new and current clients.

You Have What It Takes If You Have/Are
5+ years of proven experience in a sales or product specialist role, with a focus on software solutions.
5+ years of experience as an executive in SaaS sales in a healthcare setting
Proven ability to communicate with and present to C-suite and senior level stakeholders.
Strong understanding of healthcare operations, quality improvement, performance analytics, and CMS incentive programs.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment with exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
Knowledge of healthcare systems to include post-acute care, integrated care delivery networks, payors, MCOs, ACOs and health systems
Strong understanding of compliance management and regulations, with the ability to translate technical information into understandable terms.
Self-driven with excellent time management.
Product demonstration and presentation skills
Strong listening and comprehension skills, including the ability to identify underlying client needs and translate those needs into tailored product and service solutions
Technical expertise specific to SaaS product integrations i.e. APIs, SSO, FTP
Strong client-facing experience, managing client requests, concerns, and questions
Knowledge of e-learning industry, standards, and delivery models.
Ability to collaborate as part of a client-facing team
Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time
Demonstrated ability to perform in a metrics-driven, process-based environment with high accountability
Excellent strategic thinking and systemic thinking skills
It Would Be A Bonus If You Had
Prior consulting experience with health systems, payers, or large provider groups.
Experience analyzing safety, or quality improvement data and converting insights into operational recommendations.
Education Required (Minimum)
Master's of Business Administration, Master's of Science in Nursing or related field required
In Office Requirement This role is ideally based near Relias' Morrisville, NC headquarters; however, remote candidates will be considered for the right experience and demonstrated fit.

Our flexible hybrid work environment requires that if you live in the state of North Carolina, within a commutable distance to our office (~1-hour commute) you would be expected to work in our Morrisville, NC Headquarters approximately

Salary Information We are targeting an OTE of $125,000 - $195,000 annually. Relias considered many factors when making an offer including; established salary range, internal budgets, business need, education and years of applicable work experience possessed by the applicant. Further, salary is only one element of our total compensation and benefits package.
