DoorDash is looking for a Strategy & Operations Associate Manager to help build our DashPass subscription business. DashPass is DoorDash's fastest growing and highest priority area, influencing key parts of our subscriber's experience, generating insights, and testing new products as we build the world’s most valuable subscription product to attract and retain our most loyal customers. About The Role
The Strategy & Operations Associate Manager, DashPass role is for truth seekers who enjoy solving complex problems, work across the organization, and execute to bring strategies to life. You will lead the strategy development and implementation of growth and quality initiatives. On a typical day, you might lead a new initiative, run and refine experiments to improve subscriber retention, analyze data to explain market performance, translate ideas into actionable tests, and ensure continuous learning and execution. You're excited about this opportunity because you will… Strategize – Innovate and work on support strategy within the DashPass business. Collaborate – Work cross-functionally with teams across DoorDash to build, launch, and scale new opportunities. Influence – Partner with many teams (Product, Marketing, Analytics, Finance, Design, etc.) to bring ideas to life. Experiment – Use data-driven decision-making to run tests on everything from new support experiences to retention-driving programs. Build – Contribute to building products and launching plans from the ground up. Analyze – Assess operational and financial impacts of decisions and iterate based on insights. Qualifications 5+ years of experience in strategy, operations, product, growth, or related areas. Analytics experience in SQL, building financial models, and performance tracking. Track record of leading initiatives, meeting goals, and succeeding in cross-functional teams. Ability to balance being a generalist with deep dive focus to drive continuous improvement. Bias toward action with a history of leading initiatives that evolved a part of the business. Strong structure, organization, and ability to work with cross-functional teams including product, tech, marketing, finance, and legal. BA/BS degree in quantitative or business fields. Compensation The successful candidate’s starting pay will fall within the pay range listed below and is determined based on job-related factors including, but not limited to, skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions. Base salary is localized according to location. Ranges are market-dependent and may be modified in the future. In addition to base salary, there are opportunities for equity grants.
