
Responsibilities
Collaborates with cross-functional teams to define and refine requirements for AI-driven features. Analyzes user interactions with AI features, gathers feedback, and supports our product (Unified Service Platform, IT Service Management and IT Asset Management) improvements. Creates documentation and internal guidelines to ensure shared understanding of AI functionality. Builds mock UI prototypes to illustrate new product concepts and user flows. Develops functional prototypes using cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and relevant tools. Gathers and analyzes data from multiple sources to deliver actionable insights. Tracks KPIs related to product usage, adoption, and customer satisfaction. Partners with UX/UI designers to enhance product usability. Gathers and documents product requirements in coordination with stakeholders. Plans, executes, and analyzes A/B tests to measure product changes or new features. Prepares reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations. Works closely with product management, engineering, marketing, and sales to support the roadmap. Identifies optimization opportunities based on data and customer feedback. Stays informed on AI trends, tools, and model architectures to help shape product direction. Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems, or closely related field, or foreign degree equivalent, plus 1 year of experience in Product Analytics, AI/Technology, or Product Management. The experience (which may be gained concurrently) must also include 1 year of experience in each of the following: Machine learning models such as classification, regression, or recommendation systems; Working with data labeling, model evaluation, or AI product lifecycle; Interpreting complex data sets and translating insights into product decisions; Working in the Education technology (edtech) industry; AI/ML-based product features; Data privacy regulations such as FERPA, COOPA, or CCPA; and SQL, Python or R, and Cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure). Job Location: Herndon, VA. 40 hours per week, 9:00am – 5:00pm. Telecommuting 1-2 days per week allowed. Salary: $88,462 per year.
