Provide general attorney support Draft legal entities, including LLCs, LPs, and Corporations Assist with both basic and complex trust drafting Prepare correspondence and legal documents Draft deeds for transferring real property Organize and manage client asset information Communicate effectively with clients and other professional advisors Qualifications
Minimum of 1 year of corporate and estate planning experience 4-6 years of paralegal experience preferred (not required) 4-year degree preferred (not required) Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and Adobe Strong written and oral communication skills Detail-oriented and highly organized Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously Experience with Clio is a plus Why This Is a Great Opportunity
