About the Role

The Senior Business Development & Strategic Alliances Director will be responsible for leading strategic initiatives and delivering outcomes that support the organization’s security and business goals within cloud, data, or network security domains. This includes driving cross-functional collaboration to execute key programs, provide vision and operational leadership, and ensure accountability for results aligned with broader organizational priorities. The position must build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders, including partners, customers, and industry forums, to drive adoption of the company’s security platform and value proposition. The role will also provide leadership to team members, mentor talent, and contribute to continuous improvement of processes, products, or go-to-market strategies in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.

The ideal candidate will have substantial experience in business development with a proven record of strategic leadership and execution in a technology environment, preferably within cloud security, networking, SaaS, or enterprise software. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential, along with excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities that enable effective collaboration with executives and cross-functional teams. Candidates should be highly organized, capable of managing competing priorities, and comfortable working in an environment where innovation and adaptability are key to success. Experience with security platforms, zero trust technologies, or large-scale SaaS solutions is highly desirable.
