The Role As an
Architectural Designer , you will join the firm and be responsible for collaborating with the project team to design and document multiple small projects. Your work will require you to be proficient in technical knowledge and architectural design, and continue to advance your skill set. This role provides the opportunity to pursue professional growth.
The Role Priorities
Perform architectural assignments with instruction from the Senior Architect and the Architects on the project team regarding the expected results
Desire to learn, accept direction, and be mentored
Excellent time management, prioritization, and organizational skills, with the ability to complete projects on time, with precision and attention to detail
Some travel may be required depending on project needs
Promote a workplace culture that is consistent with the BHDP Collective Ambition.
Skills + Qualifications
A professional, accredited degree in Architecture is preferred
Must be working toward architectural registration
Proficient in advanced technology (e.g., Revit, Sketch-Up, Rhino)
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work independently and as part of an effective team, assisting and supporting team members
With 3-7 years of work experience preferred.
